Spytail Rum "Cognac Barrel Aged"

Spytail is based on a tradition of ageing rum in barrels with fresh ginger and other spices. It is blended from Caribbean Rum in their family run distillery in the Cognac Region of France. After making the voyage from the Caribbean, their rum is first infused and then aged again to allow the flavours to marry and mature. Their cognac barrel rum is aged naturally in cognac casks. A smooth rum bursting with the flavours of vanilla, toffee and coffee.
