This wine is sourced from richer profile parcels of Malbec in the Remolinos VIneyard. Whilst it maintains some of the aromatic profile of Malbec typical of the estate, it displays a core richness of fruit balanced by integrated tannins from 14 months in oak.
This wine pays homage to two natural wonders of Remolinos Vineyard: the eponymous whirlwinds which form dust devils and the protective owls who seek to chase them away from ‘their’ precious vines.
The Owl & The Dust Devil Malbec shows violet aromatics and silky profile with a core richness of fruit and well integrated oak tannins from time in French oak barrels.
