Wakatsuru Shuzo Nokaya Meister's Blend Sake - 720 ml

This sake is carefully blended to bring out the individuality of each of the two Junmai Ginjo. The ginjo scent of Yamada Nishiki is gently preserved and wrapped in a soft extract of Oyama Nishiki, leading to a clear taste and a calm aftertaste.

Meisters continue to search for the ideal blend that brings out the full potential of raw material rice.  This sake has crisp acidity, well-rounded flavour, and a mellow taste with a sense of mineral.
