What particularly stands out in this wine is the intensity of the fruit on the palate as it's so well balanced with mineral which is clearly attributed ot the mix of soils: limestone, clay and loam. Fermented with ambient yeasts and aged in steel for nearly 5 months on the lees. A fuller-bodied white wine that over-delivers on the palate. Clearly a wine you can age.
92 Points - Wine Enthusiast The faint notion of sage and moss on the nose of this wine turns into expansive, yeasty freshness on the palate. It's slender but mouth filling, emphasizing texture over fruit. The finish shows lemony freshness.
