Awamori is Okinawa's signature distilled spirit, and Zuisen Shuzo proudly sets the standard! Silky smooth, Zuisen's 'Black' has a drinkable quality that exudes refinement in a glass. This aged shochu has a flinty minerality with mild acidity on the palate. It's slightly dry, clean and light. 'Black' pairs beautifully with crab, beef tartare, and roasted corn on the cob.
