Product description
The Sunflower Chardonnay comes from a very small allocation of 1.5 tons out of Left Coast Vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA, comprised of three clones to ensure a diversity of flavours and textures in the wine. Once pressed, the juice is racked into 25% new French barriques, where fermentation occurs naturally. The wine ages for 11 months with occasional stirring of the lees, bringing texture to the mouthfeel while highlighting the natural minerality.

Suzor Wines is the story of Mélissa Rondeau and Greg McClellan.  It is a tiny 1,400 case per year winery in Oregon's Willamette Valley that makes small lots of Burgundy-inspired wines from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gamay.
