The season is changing and ZYN is ready to help you make the transition from Summer wine to Autumn wine.

The most common question we get asked at ZYN is which wine works best when the air is starting to become crisp, yet it's not truly cold. First, hold off on the heavy reds and the mulled spices for now, but you might want to switch up your summer time Pinot Grigios to an oaked ChardonnayUnlike its unoaked counterpart, oaked Chardonnays are perfect for the Fall. Their richer, deeper flavour pairs well with heartier cuisine.

If you are looking for a red wine, ZYN's choice is a full-bodied Pinot Noir. A Pinot Noir from New Zealand tends to be a bit richer than the average Pinot Noir. The Ned Pinot Noir is an excellent example of this and the price is right.

If you are looking for something to sip by the fire, consider a spicy Shiraz. Shiraz pairs beautifully with the final few BBQ's of the season.

ZYN is also transitioning and new products for Fall and Winter are arriving daily at all three ZYN locations, or buy online at zyn.ca.
