Product description
Intense and powerful nose that varies towards nectar of field flowers such as camomile, elderflower, iris. On the palate the wine shows excellent structure and weight: ripe fruit with a finish of almond and vanilla.
This wine comes from a single vineyard, whose vines grafted on the old Rupestris Du Lot rootstock produce a grape with more concentration. Extremely complex Soave Classico with a great character. A touch of new barriques, well integrated, raises it to a contemporary dimension and enhances its personality. The vineyard is in the Classic area, on the Monte Foscarino: basaltic-volcanic soil and southwest exposure of the vines.
