Bull Run Distilling Pinot Noir Casks 14-Year Old Whiskey is a single malt whiskey distilled from locally grown barley and aged in Pinot Noir casks. It is made from locally grown barley and aged in Pinot Noir casks. It has a light amber colour and an aroma of red fruits and oak. The palate is medium-bodied with notes of fig, plum, oak, and vanilla.
Nose: The nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue, with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
