Wine Description
Culmina Hypothesis is a full-bodied red blend with a deep ruby hue. On the nose, it offers complex aromas of ripe black cherry, cassis, and plum, interwoven with notes of tobacco leaf, cedar, and subtle graphite. The palate mirrors these flavours with layers of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and baking spice supported by firm yet polished tannins. The wine is structured and balanced with a long, elegant finish. Crafted primarily from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, it is best enjoyed from 2024 to 2030, allowing time for its full expression.

Food Pairing
Pair this wine with grilled lamb chops, beef tenderloin, or mushroom risotto. Its richness also complements aged cheddar and blue cheeses. A perfect match to enhance the wine's complexity.
