Pre-orders will not be taken.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You may cancel the entire order within 30 minutes of it being placed by emailing team@zyn.ca.
For orders being picked up, ZYN estimates that processing times will be 2-7 business days. Please pick your order up AFTER you receive an email saying that it is ready.
ZYN expects all deliveries to be fulfilled by Wednesday, December 20th, however, due to high volume and shipping challenges, delays may occur. We cannot guarantee that all orders will arrive at their destination before Christmas.
Sale prices will not apply to orders placed outside the duration of the sale.
