Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You may cancel the entire order within 60 minutes of it being placed by emailing team@zyn.ca. A 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover credit card charges.
For orders picked up, we estimate that processing times will be 1-4 business days. Pick your order up AFTER you receive an email saying it is ready.
Due to high volume, delays may occur on shipments going outside the City of Calgary.
Sale prices will not apply to orders placed outside the sale duration.
