Callia Syrah Malbec 2019

Aromas that are reminiscent of ripe figs, cinnamon and licorice, hinting at the presence of the Syrah in this blend, mingles with the full range of red fruits, such as plums and cherries, typical of Malbec. Crispy, with a marked balance in the mouth, without edges, yet complex, well-structured and silky, supported by sweet, ripe and harmonious tannins. Pairs well with red meats, pasta, Asian foods and semi-hard cheeses.
