The Grande Réserve Brut Champagne from Devaux is a superb Champagne which harmoniously combines power to fineness. Dominant Pinot Noir brings power and length in the mouth. The Chardonnay, lightens the Champagne and gives liveliness and finesse. After 3 years of aging, the nose recalls aromas of flowers, almond, associated with fruity notes such as peach and apricot. In the mouth, a lot of delicacy and complexity.
Enchanting, long on the palate, intense, noble, the Brut Grande Réserve Champagne from Devaux is a little pleasure to pair with shellfish and crustaceans or mushrooms. A very nice aperitif wine too.
