Introducing the silky smooth Deau Collection VS Cognac, presented in a traditional tasting bottle. Distilled following traditional methods of Cognac savoir-faire, this Very Special Cognac is assembled with Eaux-de-vie from the finest terroirs of the Cognac region, aged for over two years in French oak barrels. The youthful addition to the Deau family is the perfect base for long and short drinks.
Distilled in the Moisans Distillery, it respects the traditional method of the Charentais still. The vineyards overlook the Charente River, and the distillery is home to 12 copper pot stills. They own over 2000 barrels of Cognac to select and blend. Their balance between time, elegance and the utmost care is part of their tribute to Louis Deau.
This Cognac VS from the Moisans Distillery comes from a mastered elaboration of Eaux-de-vie, distilled according to the traditional method of the Charentais still and crafted with Ugni Blanc grapes.
Eye: Honey-colored.
Nose: Fresh, silky bouquet of fruity notes such as orange.
Palate: Subtle vanilla finale.
