Pale straw in colour with greenish highlights, this 2023 Chablis opens with vibrant aromas of green apple, lemon zest, crushed oyster shells, and a subtle floral edge. On the palate, it delivers a racy, mineral-driven profile supported by lively acidity and a core of citrus and orchard fruits. The texture is elegant and linear, with a light to medium body and a chalky, saline finish that lingers with freshness. Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, this wine embodies purity and precision.
