High Note Red Blend 2022 - 12 Bottles

A relatively new addition to the Mendoza wine scene, Vista del Sur was founded in 2008. The winery is run by winemaker Leopoldo Kuschnaroff. Born to a family of Ukrainian immigrants, Leopoldo was trained at the prestigious Cuyo University in Mendoza and has also worked with the Catena family since 2007. For the High Note wines he sources grapes from five vineyards in the Uco Valley - Vista Flores, La Consulta, Altamira, Eugenio Bustos and Gualtallary.

Bright purple red in appearance, on the nose the High Note Andes Red Blend loads on plush aromas of red plum, blueberry, vanilla, milk chocolate and cocoa. The medium-full bodied palate is laden with blackfruit flavors and creamy moutfilling tannins. Acidity is moderate but balanced. Sweet spice notes on the finish round out this very friendly wine.
