• Aroma: Generous and refined, with upfront notes of dog rose and red fruits like currants, raspberries, and wild blackberries, mingling with citrus hints of blood orange and tangerine zest. Distinctive yellow pepper peel and spicy pink pepper intertwine with the sweetness of cinnamon, cloves, and licorice root.

• Palate: Dynamic and intuitive, featuring refreshing waves of citrus, small wild berries, and black cherries. Winemaking Process:
