General Information
An Irish whiskey aged in bourbon barrels and finished in Madeira cask. Gold amber, with aromas of tropical fruit, caramel, toast, hazelnut and honey. A lively and fresh palate leads to flavours of stone fruit, coffee and toast, with oak and vinous/raisiny notes on the long finish. Serve with pineapple pizza or lamb stew.
