The sixth in Wolfburn’s small-batch series, Batch 318 comes from a combination of lightly-peated spirit, matured for seven years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, combined with spirit matured for seven years in first-fill Bourbon barrels. Just 4,800 bottles in total. A sweet, rounded, sumptuous whisky with a peerless depth of flavour.
