This Niagara Peninsula Chardonnay produced by Bachelder is terrific. This Niagara Chardonnay is made by a master, Thomas Bachelder. Full-bodied yet balanced with a long finish. Lots of ripe pear, apple and lemon cream, smooth, weighty on the palate with bright acidity.
The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Pair with roast chicken.
