This carefully matured junmai dai-ginjo sake is the product of Dai Shichi's ten generations of elite kimoto masters. It has been carefully matured to yield sweet-sour accents. It boasts an exquisite, fruity aroma that envelopes you in its gentle, creamy perfume. 'Horecki Dai Shichi' has received great praise, thanks to its particularly well-balanced body and unparalleled richness. Only a limited number of bottles of this exclusive sake are produced each year. This is the only Kimoto-based, junmai sake to have won the Gold Medal in the Japan Brewing Society's national competition.
This sake features an aromatic profile of peaches, chestnuts, and light yogurt. The palate reveals notes of velvet cream, rice pudding, and apple yogurt. It pairs well with Uni (Sea Urchin), Peking Duck, Ripe Cantaloupe.
