The elegant Enguera Finca In A Bubble Cava Brut Nature from Spain is a cuvee, organically pressed from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Viura. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the cuvee follows the further aging based on the classic bottle fermentation.
Enguera Finca In A Bubble Cava Brut Nature from the wine-growing region of Catalonia shows in the glass in brilliant shimmering light yellow.
