The brewery's history dates back to 2003 when the Pask family, long-time Fernie residents, launched the company and initially set up the brewery in their family barn. The brewing philosophy focuses on not taking shortcuts, using premium two-row barley malt and European hops, and allowing their ales to age to perfection, using no fillers, adjuncts, or preservatives.
