Folonari Senso Rosso Veronese IGT is made mostly of native, traditional Corvina and adopted Merlot grapes, both of which are grown in the region of Verona. It has a luscious mouthful of cherry and berry flavours. The appassimento method, which involves adding some partially dried grapes, gives this 'dry' red wine a rich and pleasantly spicy finish. Superb value!
