The “Glam” Prosecco produced by the Drusian cellar is made by following the Charmat method. The grapes used is 100% Glera. The fermentation takes place in autoclaves with the Charmat method which means that the slow froth gives to the wine a fine and persistent perlage.
It has a straw yellow colour with green reflections. The scent has some fruity aromas where are marked the pear and apples one. The taste is harmonic, fresh and dry. It is an harmonic and fresh wine, for this reason it is suggested to drink it as appetizer or to be joined to fish courses. The bottle of this fantastic Prosecco is unique and charming which makes it “Glam” and so unique in its sort.
