Hillside Estate Gewurztraminer 2019

"If you had a shortlist of gewürztraminer wants, the Hillside version grown on the Naramata Bench would tick all the boxes. The nose is fragrant with a touch of Alsace, exotic fruits, tangerine in its fragrant spicing. The style is off-dry but with plenty of freshness to balance the litchi, tangerine, ripe pink grapefruit. Last year I called it a party-in-a-glass, and I stand by it again in 2019. Makes for a fun patio sipper. Sip this at a cool temperature or match up with a favourite curry or spicy South Asian dish."
