General Information
Grown in the Similkameen Valleythis Viognier was harvested late and fermented warm. An elegant wine, with notes of green plum, peach and pear throughout; balanced with soft acidity and a rich, oily mouthfeel from a partial malolactic fermentation. Pair this wine with butter poached prawns, prosciutto or roasted root vegetables.
