Dave Phinney created this portfolio to explore the possibility of what could happen when all of the stereotypical constraints and regional rules were pushed aside, allowing him to focus on one task: making great wine.

Hot aromas of raisin and cassis open this nonvintage blend, while on the palate this is fleshy, tannic and hammers away with tartaric burn. Raisin, blackened oak and peppery blackness define the flavour profile, which is backed by a full-powered finish with syrupy weight.
