Flavours of honey and beeswax wrap the tree-fruit scents, woven with fine detail in the mineral acidity. From 45-year-old vines grown in granite and gneiss, this is a mouthwatering essence of Atlantic fruit and soil to serve with a plateau des fruits de mer.
