Iwai Tradition Whisky is aged in bourbon, sherry, and wine barrels. This malt-driven spirit is truly a reflection of contemporary Japanese whisky. Present are notes of ripe cherry, honey, toffee, with a beautiful ginger spice undertone. It's incredibly balanced, soft, and layered, combined with delicate hints of peat for a harmonious drinking experience.
