Meinklang Pinot Gris Graupert

Meaning "wild" in the local Burgenland dialect, "Graupert" also refers to the orange wine from Domaine Meinklang. Made from Pinot Gris, it takes its colour from a 17-day skin maceration. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 8 months, it’s unfiltered and vegan. Admittedly, the wine confuses by its colour, but captivates by its tension, its notes of dried apricot, candied orange zest, tangerine and flowers.
