The 2020 Alpha 'Special Cuvée' Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, and 5% Carmenère, sourced from Montes' extensive plantings in Marchigüe, Colchagua Valley. This wine presents a deep ruby-red color. On the nose, it offers complex aromas of ripe red and black fruits, including strawberry, prune, and blueberry, complemented by notes of tobacco, leather, and toast, thanks to 12 months of barrel aging. The palate is full-bodied with silky tannins, great body, and elegance, leading to a long, persistent finish.
