Mt. Boucherie's Pinot Noir vines were planted in the mid 1990s at their Lazy River Vineyard in South Cawston, Similkameen Valley. This dramatic rugged river valley brings out distinct earthy and mineral characteristics.
This medium-bodied wine shows classic notes of black cherry, clove, and milk chocolate. A fantastic match for poultry, West Coast salmon, or tomato-based pasta dishes.
