Nicolas Maillart Millesime Brut Champagne Premier Cru

Surprisingly expressive and generous. It is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Meunier, both grown on Premiers and Grands Crus parcels.

A portion of the wine has been aged in oak barrels and the dosage is Extra Brut.

On the nose it offers beautiful aromas of fresh white and citrus fruit, and a mineral touch. In the mouth it is broad, soft and doughy with just enough fresh citrus.
