Aged in old American oak barrels for a few months.
The grapes are harvested by hand and crushed, then macerated in stainless steel tanks.
Dark mahogany in colour. The nose is very intense and complex. Notes of dried apricots, toasted walnuts, vanilla, old wood and cinnamon. Dry, with lively acidity, velvety mid palate and very long persistence.
Perfect white with meats, vegetables, legumes, seafood, vegetarian dishes, Mediterranean dishes and soft cheeses fresh.
