Wine Description

The 2016 Reserve Vidal Icewine displays a golden straw hue, with an expressive bouquet of ripe pear, candied citrus peel, lychee syrup, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it reveals layers of peach, apricot, tropical fruits, and hints of baking spice. The luscious sweetness is expertly balanced by refreshing acidity, giving the wine remarkable structure and elegance. Medium- to full-bodied, it finishes with a lingering richness and vibrant freshness. Crafted entirely from Vidal grapes harvested frozen on the vine, this wine showcases the depth and concentration for which Niagara Icewine is celebrated.
