Piper-Heidsieck launched a new style for enjoying champagne in 2006, created under the sunny skies of Cannes and St Tropez, Piper-Piscine, a champagne to be served on ice. Considered a trendsetter at the time, the House today pays tribute to this heritage with Piper-Heidsieck Riviera and celebrates an art de vivre inspired by the French Riviera. Initial fruity notes of pear and yellow peaches give way to heady scents of honeysuckle before yielding to mouth-watering sweet aromas of crisp caramel in the nose. Elegant and invigorating, with notes of vanilla and orange blossom on the palate.
