As a fifth-generation Napa Valley winemaker, Joe's roots run deep in these rich soils. At 19 he started working alongside his father at Caymus Vineyards. Then, in 2001, created Belle Glos, with a focus on vineyard-designated Pinot Noirs from California's best coastal regions. His love for Napa wine and the singular fusion of natural elements, history, and spirit found in the Napa Valley are the foundation for Quilt.
Wine Description
The Quilt The Fabric Of The Land presents a deep plum colour with scarlet red highlights. On the nose, it offers expressive aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and ripe plum, complemented by hints of pepper, licorice, and black pepper. The palate is full-bodied, rich, and complex, showcasing flavours of tart raspberry, blackberry, dark chocolate, and light notes of spice.
