Wine Description

This Cuvée Sélect (also known as Sélect Réserve) presents a bright straw or pale gold colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and inviting, offering a bouquet of citrus fruits, green apple, and pear, layered with complex hints of toasted hazelnut, forest strawberry, and a touch of sweet pastry. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and fruity, revealing a crisp acidity and a creamy texture with flavours of lemon zest, white peach, and brioche. Crafted as a Blanc de Meuniers from 100% Pinot Meunier, it is aged for at least four years in the cellars to develop depth and complexity. This artisanal Champagne features a dry, well integrated finish with subtle mineral and saline undertones.
