Sin Piedad, or "without piety" or "merciless", is a brand of mezcal founded by Celso Martinez and Enrique Mendoza, who run their own distillery completely by hand with traditional tools. 

Their Sin Piedad Reposado Mezcal is made with 100% Espadin agave and bottled unblended from the still at a bit over 98 proof. This implies to us a very powerful, agave flavour redolent of smoke and completely uncut by water.
