Elegant salmon colour. On the nose it shows a delicate, subtle florality with aromas of strawberry and cherry. In the mouth, its fresh and juicy acidity pair perfectly with flavors of strawberry and red currant. Very good balance and structure. Very good both as an aperitif and with food, due to the tension on the palate. Pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, Asian spicy food, grilled poultry, hard cheeses. 60% Malbec, 40% Pinot Noir.
