Tempo Dry Gin

A modern expression of dry gin. Made in small batches from 100% BC wheat and distilled using a copper pot-still. Shows forward aromas and flavours of citrus, juniper with hints of vanilla and spice. The palate is smooth and balanced with a refreshing finish. Serve chilled, on the rocks or mixed into your favourite cocktail.
