The most luxurious of the Shichida series, this junmai dai-ginjo has a violet-like distinctive aroma and rich taste packed with Shichida’s classic umami flavor.  This elegant and fruity sake showcases an aromatic profile of white flowers mingled with pineapple, white peach, and musk melon. It is silky smooth on the palate with refreshing tropical fruit acidity and tastes of tropical fruit, melon cocktail, and rice cake.  Pair with caprese salad, warmed olives, or caviar.
