‘Anejo’ in Spanish means ‘aged’ or ‘mature’.  Anejo to Tres Agaves means a Tequila made with slowly roasted, organic agaves grown in the Tequila Valley, and rested for 18 months in repurposed Kentucky Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey barrels.
