Yamaguchi Brewery is eleven generations strong, dating back to 1733. Their Uguisu Tomari Umeshu is a dry-tasting plum wine made by soaking specially selected Ome plums with the lees of Kasutori shochu and aging repeatedly. It's a fragrant wine showcasing rich plum extract.
