Venti was born from the union of 20 botanicals worked according to the most ancient Italian liqueur methods. From this combination comes a modern interpretation of the classic Italian amaro. Great attention is given to the phase of mixing the herbs and extracting the aromas. In fact, it is here that the magic takes place and each botanical is enhanced in its typicality.
The palate immediately recalls hints of orange and rhubarb, followed by Mediterranean and fresh notes. Earthy and warm perceptions come together harmoniously creating a balanced body, before gentian and other alpine botanicals give space to a long and gentle bitter finish. Venti can be enjoyed neat, with ice or mixed.
