White Sheep Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The acidity is fresh and mouthwatering, leaving a tingling sensation on the palate. Very tropical with pineapple, passionfruit and mango. The fruit stays mainly at the front of the palate. As the flavours wash back across the tongue, they fade into dried straw and thistle. The finish is clean and simple. We think this is a great wine on its own, or with a Cobb salad.
