Wild Life Distillers has created the Rundle Gin. The gin features butterfly pea flower to create a vibrant purple hue when citrus and tonic is added, and is paired with flavourful botanical ingredients including juniper, coriander, lemon and grapefruit peel as well as angelica, orris and liquorice root, to create a perfectly balanced floral gin. The locally-distilled gin was recognized in the 2020 Alberta Beverage Awards and won Judges’ Selection in its category.
