This YK3 sake is from Richmond, British Columbia, right here in Canada!  'Yu' is a medium-bodied traditional junmai with an elegant nose, crisp taste, and smooth finish. It has fruity aromas like a green apple and a hint of nuts, giving a savory finish. Enjoy cold or warm.  This sake pairs well with traditional Japanese or Asian-inspired dishes.
